Reflexology: Headaches

Don’t want to take a pill for your sinus headaches? Reflexology has been around for thousands of years, but is only now being realized as an alternative medicine. The simplest type of reflexology you can do at home is for headaches; for sinus headaches twist the index finger back and forth, this loosens the neck and shoulder muscles, which are known to cause headaches. For migraine headaches work the soft flesh at the front of your thumb, this gradually loosens muscles known to cause migraine headaches.
