Microwave breads

Have you ever tried to heat up any kind of bread in the microwave? What about rice?
What happens? You open the microwave door and take out bread crumbs! That’s because when a microwave works it extracts moisture molecules from the bread/rice, leaving you with either soggy bread that turns hard or just bread that is as hard as a rock.
To counter this, place a small amount of water in a microwave safe cup next to the bread/rice when you put in in the microwave, the water will evaporate adding extra moisture to any food made with flour.(Note, this also works with any kind of pasta or flatbread as well, just don’t try cooking a home-made pizza in the microwave…)
